Contact and corrections

Use the public project issue tracker

TLDR Review currently accepts website feedback through the public GitHub issue tracker linked below. Use it to report an incorrect product name, a broken source, an accessibility issue, or a problem navigating the directory. A GitHub account may be required to submit an issue. We do not currently publish a dedicated support email, telephone number, or postal address, and we cannot promise a response time.

What to include

Please include the page URL, the product or category involved, a clear description of the problem, and a link to an official or independently verifiable source when possible. For a technical problem, describe your browser and the steps needed to reproduce it. This helps separate a factual correction from an opinion about a product. Do not include passwords, account numbers, order details, private correspondence, or other sensitive personal information: submissions are public.

Product support and safety

We are not the manufacturer, retailer, or a professional safety adviser. Contact the relevant company for purchases, refunds, warranty claims, or product support. Report urgent safety concerns to the appropriate manufacturer or public authority instead of waiting for an editorial correction here.
